Leanni Tibbetts is a Caymanian motivational speaker, leadership strategist, and founder of The P31 Agency— a purpose-driven consultancy leading program strategy and execution across the Cayman Islands and small island states. Her work centers on helping individuals and communities step boldly into their calling through transformational leadership development, personal empowerment, and faith-rooted values.

A former Miss World Cayman Islands, retired commissioned officer, and trailblazer in aviation, Leanni has built her platform on courage, clarity, and cultural authenticity. She is the inaugural Chair of the TCCP Youth Council, a national platform designed to amplify youth voices in civic life and policy development. Since its inception, the Council has grown into a powerful vehicle for leadership development, grassroots engagement, and youth-led initiatives; empowering young Caymanians to influence legislation, shape national conversations, and lead with purpose in their communities.
